Lumisigns has designed a solar water heating system to serve all your water heating needs at home or the office. It is a simple to install system requiring no technical expertise. The system comprises of a high efficiency heating module that is mounted on your roof. The heating module is comprised of vacuum tubes that absorbs 93% of the incoming solar radiation so the surface temperature of the tubes reaches >250˚C. Water is pumped through the heating module from an insulated (55mm polyurethane foam) water tank and can reach boiling temperatures in < 2.5 hours in summer. The solar system can be used throughout the year for all your heating needs even when the outside temperature is as low as 5˚C. |
