How does the order process work? |

STAGE -I - ANIMATION- We do this FREE OF COST. Normally we will take 36 hours to send you a sequence but we can expedite this to within 24 hours on request. We can make any number of corrections for no extra CHARGE. STAGE II-PROTOTYPE OR TOOLING STAGE In EL a Prototype or Tooling is necessary, where we ask for $ 300 USD for which we usually give one or two samples for free. There will be an element of Air Freight which is usually around $ 150 USD. This way the customer checks the finished product and gives the GO for the Final order. STAGE III- FINAL ORDER. As mentioned above after Prototype being approved, we execute the final order. Lead times, to make a prototype are 12-15 days including delivery and final orders can be shipped within 3-4 weeks of the customer approving the prototype. At this stage we usually look for 50 % deposit or a Letter of Credit. |
WARRANTY- We offer a WARRANTY on all our products of value greater than 100 USD for ONE YEAR for indoor applications . For outdoor applications in EL, this is restricted to 3 months.
RECOMMENDATION- The Life Span for EL is 18 months if used for 10 hours a day. In Terms of CCFL and T-5, it will
work for 30 000 hours and 15 000 hours respectively after which the tube light will have to be replaced. ($10-$15 replacement cost).
The price includes adapters, an inverter and frames (unless specified otherwise) and it is FOB
China which means freight by Sea or Air will be costed separately.
